ZSIR1010 Series
The pyroelectric sensor and intelligent pyroelectric sensor controller chip are integrated in the TO-5 package. The circuit is simplified and the configuration is flexible, and it can be applied to most human body induction products alone.
ZSIR1000 Series
The independently packaged ZSIR1000 control chip can be used for the control of analog pyroelectric probes, and can also be used for extended applications such as microwave radar.
ZSPD4000 Series
In a very small LGA package, a photodetector, photoelectric measurement analog front end, and three-wavelength light source are integrated. It can be applied to the fields of heart rate, blood oxygen, air particulate matter measurement and so on.
