The ZSFS1001 is a fully integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) that brings a new option to the field of force sensing by combining a high-precision MEMS strain gauge with high-performance CMOS signal processing circuitry. This integrated SoC can capture micrometer-level deformations and, through the proprietary ZS DirectADC™ architecture, directly converts weak physical stress into stable and reliable digital signals.
